Jesse is puzzled when his friend, Captain Healy, asks him to accompany him on a non-stakeout outside a sax teacher's home in Boston. Suddenly, a man shoots at them, wounding Jesse in the arm and seriously injuring Healy. Despite their injuries, both pull through.
