King of New York

After serving a lengthy prison sentence, former drug lord Frank White returns to New York to reclaim his empire and restore his former glory. Despite others having taken over during his absence, White is determined to assert his dominance through violence. Meanwhile, he plans to use his profits to modernize the hospital in his old neighborhood. But White's success is short-lived, as a group of corrupt cops sets out to bring him down.
