A rebellious teenager, Jody, flees reform school by committing violence and arson, then seeks refuge in the home of a politician, David Patton. Despite her alluring nature, David is uninterested and tries to deter her. In response, Jody and her friends return, take David hostage, and hijack his car, forcing him to drive them to Mexico after a violent incident.
