In British Rhodesia, Africa, a former actress, Nona Brooks, makes a living singing in a café. However, the owner has a hidden agenda with foreign agents to stir up trouble among the local population. Meanwhile, American explorer Larry Mason sets out on a jungle safari with his servant Jeff. Nona flees the café and joins the safari, unaware she's carrying a report of the agents' activities.
