A cartographer, Emilia, receives a last-minute assignment to create a treasure map of the North Pole for children, just before Christmas. She decides to collaborate with famous explorer and photographer Drew Campbell, who has first-hand experience at the North Pole, as suggested by her boss. Despite initial reservations about working with Drew, Emilia's skepticism gradually turns into another form of tension as they work together.
