In a poverty-row apartment building on the verge of demolition, a group of tenants finds themselves under attack by a cannibal cult led by the enigmatic and terrifying "The Woman". With no escape and no help in sight, the tenants must fight to survive as the cult hunts them down, intent on inflicting pain, fear, and suffering before killing them. But just as all hope seems lost, a mysterious second woman appears, claiming to be there to save them.
