Madison, a rebellious teenager, is invited by her estranged stepmother Patricia to a trip to St. Isabel, an island she used to visit with her father. On the island, Madison meets Blake, a local guide, and they go on a paddleboard excursion. Madison has a panic attack, falls off her board, and seemingly drowns. However, she miraculously survives and makes her way back to the resort, only to discover that Blake and Patricia are together and that the vacation is shrouded in a dark conspiracy involving her late father.
