John Trevor, a former commander of a mind control experiment, escapes to the Philippines after feeling the withdrawal symptoms of the drugs used to control him. He falls in love with Lee Su, but his violent behavior puts himself and others at risk. His former second-in-command, Frank Lassiter, is sent to capture him before the withdrawal effects become uncontrollable, while an Asian mobster, Alok Lee, seeks to exploit the secrets of the experiment.
