California-based entrepreneurs, a former Navy SEAL and a botanist, produce and sell high-quality weed, with the botanist developing the best marijuana in the country. The two men share a lover, who is torn between their contrasting qualities. Their peaceful life is disrupted when the Mexican cartel demands a partnership, which they refuse. The cartel responds by kidnapping their lover, prompting the men to seek the help of a corrupt DEA agent and launch a secret war to rescue her.
