A former foreign correspondent turned government agent, Sam Gallagher, takes a job at a shipyard to uncover a gang of German spies plotting to sabotage the facility. He poses as a family man with the help of an FBI agent and his two children, while his brother Jeff becomes suspicious of the setup. As Sam works to identify the saboteurs, led by Colonel Von Braun, he must balance his mission with his brother's meddling and prevent a catastrophic attack on the docked aircraft carrier.
