A young man named Dennis Skinner moves into a shared apartment with a couple, Kerry and Geoff. By night, he prowls the streets with a bag of knives, seeking out victims to harm. Meanwhile, a disfigured junkie named Heidi, who was previously victimized by Dennis, is driven by a desire for revenge as she tracks him down. Dennis becomes enamored with Kerry and longs to reveal his true nature to her.
