Thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh, a fair and respected ruler, makes decisions that hold weight among his villagers. He lives with his wife Sharda and three sons, including the youngest, Heera, who is uneducated and blacklisted by his father. After abducting Radha and marrying her, Heera's actions further defame his family, leading his father to banish him. Despite struggling to make ends meet, Heera's life takes a turn for the better with the introduction of a bus service, and he becomes wealthy, with Radha rising to the position of collector. Heera's success continues, as he inaugurates a charitable hospital in his father's name, but his life is later turned upside down when he becomes the prime suspect for poisoning his father's kheer.
