Three interconnected stories unfold in this film. In "Car Trouble", two stranded motorists find themselves in a terrifying situation when they seek help from a stranger and become prisoners of a deranged killer. In "Secret Agent Murders", two secret agents discover a deadly secret about their boss, leading them to become targets for murder. To deflect suspicion, their boss orchestrates the killings to look like the work of the notorious Stocking Strangler. Finally, in "George's Daydreams", George seeks revenge against three women who humiliated him at a bar, carrying out his sinister plans to strangle two and drown the third.
