Two rebellious teens, Justin and Ty, escape a desert survival camp and steal a car from two naive Mormon missionaries. They disguise themselves as the missionaries to avoid roadblocks and are escorted to New Harmony, where they try to plan their getaway. But when the real missionaries arrive, the town discovers their charade and the teens must keep up the act to avoid being caught.
