The British Government entrusts the Airzone Corporation, a secretive entity, to resolve the crisis. When investigative reporter Al Dunbar uncovers the solution planned by Airzone, he meets a tragic end. Meanwhile, TV weatherman Arnold Davies begins to experience strange occurrences following Al's death, leading him to discover a mysterious connection between them.
