In the action-packed film, Barney Ross is hired by the CIA to retrieve a mysterious item from a plane crash site in the former Soviet Union. Alongside his team and a CIA agent, Maggie, they successfully recover the item, only to be confronted by a group of mercenaries who demand its return. As the stakes escalate, Barney discovers that the item is a map leading to a Russian plutonium storage mine, and he sets out to take down the ruthless leader, Vilain, who has kidnapped villagers to work the mine.
