The Hawk background

The Hawk

A man discovers his true roots after his mother's death and sets out to reclaim his authentic identity by working as a ranchhand on the King family estate, seeking a treasured locket that holds the key to his heritage.

A dying mother reveals to her son, Jay Price, that his real name is Jack King, and presents a locket as evidence. He loses the locket, which is discovered by the ranch's foreman, a notorious outlaw known as the Hawk. In an attempt to reclaim his proof of identity, Jack takes on a job as a ranchhand, unaware that the foreman is actually the Hawk, and finds himself captured by the outlaw's men while trying to prevent a cattle rustling operation.
