In the city of Turin, a group of cunning thieves concoct a sophisticated scheme to pilfer a valuable gold shipment by manipulating a fake traffic jam.

A former prisoner is released and learns that a friend has attempted to pull off a high-stakes heist in Italy, under the watchful eye of the Mafia. The friend's plan fails, so Charlie takes over the operation, using a fleet of cars, including Mini Coopers, Jaguars, and a bus, to try and disrupt Turin, steal the gold, and make a daring escape.
