In this movie, a homophobic Serbian gangster named Radmilo sacrifices himself to protect the freedom of a gay couple, Radmilo and Mirko, in their country. Despite facing daily abuse and discrimination, Mirko is determined to organize the first successful Pride event in Belgrade. However, their plans are threatened by nationalist and neo-Nazi groups, as well as the police's refusal to provide protection. The couple's lives take a turn when they meet Lemon, a former criminal and war veteran, and his fiancée Pearl, who own a security company. Radmilo offers a deal to Lemon, asking him to provide protection for the Pride event in exchange for organizing their wedding. The story follows Radmilo and Lemon's journey as they recruit a team of former war veterans to protect the parade, and the challenges they face in a society still struggling with post-war tensions.
