A former Japanese kamikaze pilot, haunted by his past, is exploited by a Communist spy network in Japan to disrupt the US war efforts during the Korean War. Meanwhile, a US undercover agent, disguising himself as a journalist, is dispatched to uncover and thwart the sinister plot.

In Japan during the Korean War, a Communist spy ring wreaks havoc by employing kidnapping, murder, and a troubled former kamikaze pilot to undermine the American war effort. To counter this threat, the US sends a secret agent disguised as a journalist to Tokyo to dismantle the operation.
