In the idyllic village of Timpelbach, mischievous children have been wreaking havoc with their pranks, targeting both their peers and parents. Fed up, the parents decide to leave for a day, but their trip back home is disrupted when they're captured by soldiers. Meanwhile, a group of bullies rejoice at the absence of parents, but a few brave rebels join forces with Manfred and Marianne to reclaim the village.
