212 Warrior

4-year-old Wiro Sableng, nicknamed "Crazy Wiro", is rescued by eccentric old warrior Sinto Gendeng after his parents are killed in a bandit raid led by Sinto's former disciple, Mahesa Birawa. Sinto teaches Wiro the secretive Silat martial art to prepare him to be the next 212 Dragon Axe Warrior and eventually passes on the mighty 212 Axe and fighting style. Wiro sets out to stop Mahesa's evil plans, meeting fellow travelers along the way, and learns about the balance of contrary forces and the thin line between good and evil.
