Two brothers, Hyuk and Young-chun, who escaped North Korea, are reunited three years later, but their bond is tested by Hyuk's guilt over leaving behind his younger brother Chul. As Chul joins the South Korean police force, Hyuk tries to regain his brother's trust, but past betrayals and abandonment linger. Their paths collide once more when Hyuk is pulled into a final job with Young-chun, only to find that Officer Chul is in charge, leading to a tense and emotional confrontation.
