Morris "Mud" Himmel concocts a plan to escape his dreaded summer camp fate, teaming up with friends who share his sentiment. Together, they devise a scheme to trick their parents into sending them to a camp of their own creation, a parent-free utopia designed to be the ultimate haven. With the help of former drama teacher Dennis Van Welker, they must convincingly deceive their parents into believing the camp is authentic and off-limits to parental visits.
