In 1960s Los Angeles, four friends - Michael, Donna, Paul, and Erica - attend a séance where they meet the enigmatic Count Yorga, who has a mysterious connection to Donna's recently deceased mother. As they spend more time with the Count, Paul and Erica become increasingly entangled in his life, but their relationship takes a dark turn when Erica begins to exhibit strange and terrifying behavior.
