Dillinger and Capone background

Dillinger and Capone

John Dillinger, a notorious outlaw, had seemingly retired from his life of crime, enjoying a peaceful life on a farm with his loved ones. However, his serenity is disrupted when Al Capone, fresh out of prison, arrives seeking his expertise for one final, high-stakes heist.

Outside Chicago's Biograph Theater, John Dillinger's body falls to the ground, but it's his brother who was mistakenly killed by the FBI. Meanwhile, the real Dillinger escapes and begins a new life, but is confronted by "Scarface" Al Capone, who wants him to pull off one more heist. Capone has millions stashed away in a bank and offers Dillinger a deal he can't refuse. Five years after his supposed death, Dillinger must now pull off the biggest bank job of all time, with his family held hostage by Capone.
