On May 1st, 1993, a bombing in Mumbai, India kills hundreds, mostly children, and Jagat Jogia claims responsibility. Investigator Jay Suryavanshi cannot arrest Jagat, who is in London, so he arranges for Jeet Balraj, a criminal on death row, to be released and travel to London to kill Jagat. Jeet renames himself Raja and meets Mini, falling in love. But when Mini is drawn into the plan, Jeet must decide whether to give up his past or risk his life to take down Jagat and Jay.
