In a world where everything has returned to normal after the Chernobyl disaster, art is the exception. William Shakespear Junior the Fifth must restore the lost masterpieces of humanity. His investigation leads him to a resort, where he encounters a cast of eccentric characters, including mob boss Don Learo, his daughter Cordelia, and a mysterious professor. Meanwhile, four goblins torment Cordelia, and a man's girlfriend, Valerie, seems to disappear at will. The film's editing is then entrusted to Mr. Alien in New York.
