Rocky Jones, Space Ranger, embarks on a space mission to thwart a group of notorious space pirates who have been terrorizing cargo ships from the United Worlds and have kidnapped his girlfriend, Vena. With the help of his trusty co-pilot Winky, Rocky uses a revolutionary new technology called "cold light" to evade and defeat the pirates.
