American pilot Brad Webster, struggling to find work after a plane crash, accepts a one-way ticket to Mozambique to pilot for Colonel Fernando Valdez. Upon arrival, Brad discovers Valdez is dead and his associate, Da Silva, has joined forces with his competitor, David Henderson. Brad helps Christina, a young singer, who also received a one-way ticket, but finds herself in a compromising situation. As they try to escape Mozambique, they become embroiled in a murder investigation.
