A charming millionaire outwits a group of sly jewel thieves with his quick wit and comedic ineptitude.
Eccentric millionaire Mr. Magoo, with his poor eyesight and refusal to wear eyeglasses, stumbles into a museum heist and unwittingly leads the thieves, Austin Cloquet and Ortega "The Piranha" Peru, in pursuit of the stolen Star of Kurdistan gem. As Mr. Magoo tries to track down the thieves, two federal agents, Stupak and Anders, are hot on his tail in a high-stakes manhunt.
