Murder in Greenwich background

Murder in Greenwich

The film recounts the tragic tale of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old girl brutally murdered in Greenwich in the 1970s, and the ensuing decades-long pursuit of justice for her loved ones and community.

In the affluent Belle Haven neighborhood of Greenwich, Connecticut, 14-year-old Martha Moxley was brutally murdered on Halloween Eve in 1974, leaving her case unsolved for over two decades. Two decades later, former LA detective Mark Fuhrman, tarnished by his involvement in the O.J. Simpson trial, teams up with partner Stephen Weeks to investigate the cold case with the intention of writing a book. Despite encountering resistance from the local community, Fuhrman and Weeks, aided by retired detective Steve Carroll, who led the original investigation, unravel a complex web of power and corruption that had shielded the truth.
