A lone survivor of a World War II U-Boat attack, Murphy washes up on the shores of the Orinoco delta, consumed by a burning desire for revenge against the German submarine that destroyed his crew. He sets out to devise a plan, using any means necessary, to sink the U-Boat and exact his vengeance, with the help of Louie, the local government administrator.
