Undercover Chinese cop Kung Wei, played by Jet Li, is sent to Hong Kong to capture notorious criminal Po Kwong. Alongside his son Johnny Kung and cop Anna Fong, an up-and-coming Kung Fu master, they ultimately take down Po in an epic final battle.
