Billy, a teenager with a penchant for lying, is devastated when his neighbor and friend, a prostitute named Lisa, is brutally murdered by his own history teacher, Willard. As the police search for the killer, Billy's desperate attempts to uncover the truth are met with skepticism, except for his girlfriend, who believes his story. Desperate for help, Billy turns to his father's old friend, retired Detective Devereaux, and together they embark on a perilous investigation into Willard's dark past. But Billy's snoopy girlfriend, Dolan, gets too close to the truth and is captured by the twisted brothers, who are hiding a sinister secret.
