A peace treaty between the US government and the Apaches is threatened when a gang of outlaws plans to sabotage the signing by framing the Apaches for attacks on White settlers and wagon trains. The outlaws use the Comanche tribe to carry out the attacks, leaving fake evidence to blame the Apaches. Despite the Apaches' insistence on their innocence, the Army commander believes the Apaches are responsible. A legendary scout and his Apache friend investigate to uncover the truth, but they face a prejudiced captain who will stop at nothing to prove the Apaches' guilt.
