Two car thief brothers, Andrew and Garrett Foster, travel to the south of France for new opportunities, but find themselves in the crosshairs of a local crime boss, Jacomo Morier, after getting caught stealing a valuable Bugatti. To save their lives, they must steal a car from Morier's arch-rival, Max Klemp, specifically Klemp's prized 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO.
