The next movie follows Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as they escort the heir to a European throne back to his native country after his father's assassination. The prince, educated in Britain, is persuaded to disguise himself as Watson's nephew on an ocean liner to Algiers. However, the ship is filled with suspects, including a circus performer, archaeologists, a mute, a steward, a chanteuse, and a British dowager, making it a challenge for Holmes to outwit them and deliver the prince safely.
