Three men, Vin, John 'J.J.' Gillis, and Carl, steal a 50-carat diamond and smuggle it into the country in a cosmetics jar, but it gets lost in a rental car. The jar belongs to Carly, who didn't know it was there. The thieves demand the bag as ransom from the car's owner, Alex, after her husband is kidnapped.
