Noted theatre actor, Mr. Bennett, had a distinguished 15-year career on the British stage before relocating to Canada in 1986. His impressive repertoire includes starring roles in "The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole" at London's West End Wyndhams Theatre, as well as performances in "Ghosts", "Private Lives", and "Rookery Nook" at esteemed theatres such as the Haymarket Theatre in Leicester, the Crucible Theatre, the Bristol Old Vic, and the King's Head Theatre Club. He also had numerous seasons on the stages of Canterbury, Newcastle, Nottingham, Plymouth, Manchester, Liverpool, and Sheffield in England.
Mr. Bennett's television career is marked by his iconic portrayal of the powerful and seductive "Lucien LaCroix" in the Gemini-nominated series, Forever Knight (1992). His outstanding performance earned him the prestigious Gemini Award in 1995, and he made his directorial debut on the same show.
