A group of lost tourists and their driver stumble upon a luxurious mansion, where they're welcomed by an eccentric couple, Nanna and Pop, who claim to be Santa Claus and his wife. As they spend the weekend together, Nanna and Pop attempt to inspire their guests to find happiness and positivity, except for one teenager struggling with his parents' constant bickering.
