In this modern retelling, Sherlock Holmes is awakened from a centuries-long slumber, having used his own invention of suspended animation on himself. After being jolted awake by an earthquake, he finds assistance from Amy Winslow in San Francisco's 1994 Baker Street. Holmes teams up with a new group of Baker Street Irregulars, led by Zapper, to take on the nefarious Moriarty clan, led by the cunning James Moriarty Booth.
