The story follows Bali, the arrogant brother of notorious gangster Kali Baba, who joins the National Cadet Corps and causes chaos with his entitled behavior. He becomes smitten with Divya Thapa and tries to marry her by any means necessary, despite her being in love with Karan. The two lovers flee together, pursued by Kali Baba's men and Divya's father, a police commissioner, in a desperate bid for freedom amidst a tangled web of lies and deception.
