A Japanese ambassador is kidnapped by a yakuza group during a visit to Marseilles to observe anti-gang tactics. A young officer named Emilien, determined to rescue the ambassador and his kidnapped girlfriend, teams up with speed-demon taxi driver Daniel to save the day.
