Texas ranch owner Conroy sends the Range Busters to the Philippines to deliver horses, but they capture three spies trying to steal the horses and discover the ranch cook is a Japanese spy who escapes. In the Philippines, they uncover a spy ring and break it up, then return to Texas to take down the Axis contact, a neighboring rancher. After the Pearl Harbor bombing, they enlist in the U.S. military.
