The Events Leading Up to My Death background

The Events Leading Up to My Death

The Snack family's stifling childhood, shaped by their overprotective parents, a doctor and stay-at-home mom, restricts their freedom and individuality.

The Snack family is plagued by dysfunction, with each member struggling to connect with one another. Angus, the only one to have escaped the repressed life with his parents, tries to navigate his relationships with his sisters and family while hiding his own secrets. Meanwhile, their father, Jack, attempts to find liberation through dance lessons and golf, despite being terrible at both. As the family's dynamics are revealed, it becomes clear that everyone is stuck in their own ways, until Rita, the dance instructor, enters the picture and helps them confront their issues.
