Lt. Sam Pryor leads his platoon in a reconnaissance mission behind enemy lines during the Korean War, accompanied by Greek troops. As a Greek-American, Pryor initially feels proud to work alongside his heritage, but his sentiments shift to disgust and distrust when he witnesses the apparent cowardice of the Greek soldiers and their leaders, which nearly wipes out his own platoon. Despite their differences, the US and Greek troops must form an uneasy alliance to uncover the enemy's true intentions.
