Against the unforgiving backdrop of a snow-covered mountain, a group of plane crash survivors must put aside their differences and form an unlikely bond to survive the treacherous conditions and navigate the wilderness to safety.
A neurosurgeon and a photojournalist hire a private pilot to transport them to their destinations, but their flight is diverted due to bad weather and ends in a crash in the wilderness, leaving the three survivors with severe injuries.
