Miss Bianca and Bernard, a brave mouse and her shy janitor partner, embark on a daring rescue mission to save Penny, a kidnapped orphan, from the clutches of the evil Madame Medusa and her companion Mr. Snoops. They travel to Devil's Bayou, where they learn that Penny must find the Devil's Eye, the world's largest diamond, in a dark underground pirate's cave. Along the way, they face numerous challenges, including ferocious alligators and treacherous tides, but ultimately succeed in rescuing Penny and returning her safely home.
