Lord Conquer, a powerful warlord, seeks to dominate the world by defeating Sword Saint in a prophesied battle ten years hence. To ensure his victory, he sets his sights on two children, Whispering Wind and Striding Cloud, intending to make them his disciples. However, if Wind and Cloud were to unite against him, they could potentially overthrow him. Lord Conquer attempts to thwart this by marrying his daughter Charity to Wind, but Cloud intervenes, leading to a tragic accident. As the time for the duel with Sword Saint approaches, Lord Conquer reveals his true intentions, turning against Cloud and Wind.
